JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION

Juneteenth commemorates the day when Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas and announced that more than 250,000 enslaved black people across the state were free.  We will celebrate with special prayers and music, and take time to reflect on freedom, justice and slavery’s continued legacy.
